Then I was invited for a one-on-one interview with the Automation Manager.
He asked me to tell him about my previous job and the tasks I was working on.
After that, he mentioned it wasn't what he was looking for.

The interview was about my past job and the scope of my duties in it. After telling about it, the manager told me that it's not what he is looking for.
