Difficult to get higher grade levels.
Short breaks.
New hires with less experience make more.
Bloated management that do nothing and know nothing.
High-graded new hires that have little to no experience.
No career growth.
Persistent empty promises: they will tell you whatever you need to hear for you to get the job done.
Upper management have no idea what they are doing.
Unsafe work environment: there have been several CoHE violations in the factory I work in, and management ignores them and tries to hide them.
