Process
I submitted my resume to a recruiter at a campus information session.
I had a 1:1 interview with him the next day.
I was invited to an on-site interview the following day.
The on-site interview was a full-day event. It started with a 1-hour presentation on my research, followed by 1:1 interviews with seven people, including lunch.
I received an offer after two weeks.
Questions asked were mostly about my research, based on the presentation and my resume. It was made clear that the position could be demanding.
