Process

The process lasted for about four months. I received an email from the recruiter stating that my profile matched one of their openings and they wished to schedule a phone interview.

The phone interview was with a senior team member and lasted for 40 minutes. It covered typical behavioral and basic electrical engineering questions.

A week later, I received an email inviting me for an on-site interview. The interview spanned from 8 AM to 4 PM, including a two-hour lunch break and a plant tour. I met with senior team members for one hour each. The discussions focused on behavioral and situational questions, delving into my past experiences with projects and internships.

Everyone was very friendly and clearly explained the team's dynamics and the work profile. They also addressed all my questions regarding the job, the location, and company benefits.

I received an offer five weeks later and joined the company a month after that.
