It was a panel interview on Microsoft Teams with three to four people. They asked questions regarding past experience and knowledge of lab equipment. There wasn't a follow-up in-person interview afterward; it was just the one interview. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Pros: Pay is alright, benefits are good, time off is good. The CEO has a solid vision.
Cons: People are rude, super socially awkward, or often times both.
A high school-like atmosphere on most teams, with bucket loads of dumb gossip.
It's not unusual for employees to bully less tenured employees.
Job is often insanely easy, with little to no challenge.
Questionable management.
Coworkers as a whole don't really respect you at all.

Pros: Great benefits, never a lack of work or opportunities for those who are willing to put in the work. Very focused job roles and a lot of resources to help you do your job well.
Cons: Can be competitive, can be strenuous, with long hours. Lots of corporate BS, like endless meetings and heavy groupthink. Resistance to change and innovation if it breaks the status quo.
