Process

The interview process was lengthy.

Initially, there was a phone screening with one or two people, followed by a second phone interview with four or five people.

In person, I interviewed with a panel of multiple managers and a few process technicians.

The interview was in 2009, so I do not remember all the questions right now. I was there for a few hours.

I had previously interviewed at Intel in New Mexico. That interview included multiple panel meetings with a heavy focus on safety questions. I was given a second chance to answer questions they needed more information on.

Definitely know best safety practices when going into an Intel interview.

Questions
