Process
Had a phone interview with one manager and was invited to an on-site interview on a Saturday. However, I was interviewed by two other managers. The interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions and a couple of technical ones. Two managers took notes while interviewing me. The result was to be given on the same day as the interview.

Pros: - Rewarding, easy work.
- Fun co-workers.
- Intel management is nice.
- Four and three 12-hour workdays per week, alternating.
- Minimum 3-hour paid break.
- Overtime pay for every hour over 10 hours per day.
Cons: If you work for a staffing company (i.e., contracted), expect to earn half the wage and none of the benefits of your Intel employee team members, while still being expected to do all the same work.
While a little over a year ago you could expect to be offered a full position, now that's unfortunately more of a pipe dream.
Additionally, the staffing company management is generally incompetent.

Pros: Great perks and benefits. The schedule is great since you work 3/4 days a week, alternating.
Cons: The job gets exhausting and mentally draining when your team is understaffed and they have you doing a two-person job. They say they are working on it, but they keep adding work and don't hire more people.
