Pros: Compressed work week, competitive pay, good benefits, good management, friendly coworkers, lots of advancement opportunities, and fast-paced work.
MTs get a great work/life ratio, but the same can't be said for engineers. However, that's why they make the "$$".
Cons: You won't last long if you can't multitask. It can be stressful if you let stressed-out engineers get to you.
