Pros: My shift and direct management works well, professionally, and efficiently.
Cons: Management has been frantically building the tracks right in front of the train when it came to the new factories and Foundry. They definitely let go of some dead weight, but they also paid some of their best people to retire.

Cons: Very little room for career growth.
Hiring practices are very nepotistic.
Management provides very little value to employees.
