Process

  1. Received an email from their recruiter asking if I was interested in a position at their company.

  2. HR Pre-Screen: The recruiter reviewed my resume and provided tips for upcoming interviews, along with an overview of the entire hiring process.

  3. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager: I was asked several behavioral questions and one technical question.

  4. Video Interview with Hiring Manager: More behavioral and technical questions were asked. After the last question, the hiring manager informed me that I had passed all interviews and to await an email regarding the background check. A verbal offer and offer letter followed soon after.

The hiring recruiter and the hiring manager were very pleasant. The hiring manager assisted me with some challenges. Don't stress too much.

Tip: Practice answering as many interview questions as possible from this resource, as they are likely to ask very similar questions.
