Process

I received an email from a recruiter.

I applied and had three phone and video interviews.

1st Interview: A 30-minute phone call. I spoke with the HR recruiter who sent me the email. She gave me tips and points on preparing for my second phone interview.

2nd Interview: A 30-minute phone call. I spoke with a manager. It was half behavioral & situational and half technical (a total of six questions).

3rd Interview: A 1-hour video call with two managers. It was half behavioral & situational and half technical (a total of ten questions).

Look over at least the last 30 interview comments and practice the behavioral and technical questions. If you do that, you will be able to pass the interview.

For the technical part, take a deep breath and take as much time as needed to get the right answer.

The interviewers were very understanding and pleasant people. They were also very patient.

Overall, I had a very positive experience.
