That is usually a 4-5 round process. The first round will be technical, focusing on mechanical concepts. From there onwards, interviews will be with team members. Those interviews will also be technical but in greater depth. The last one is usually a panel interview or with other teams in the world.

Pros: Great compensation. The company practices remuneration based on performance, not years of experience.
Excellent work-life balance and a great upper management team in Penang (year 2010) who understood the importance of work flexibility for employees.
Cons: Colleagues do not share information with each other. There is a lot of office politics at work, which hinders open communication.
