The interview was for a mechanical engineer position in Folsom, CA. I applied online and was contacted by a manager for a phone screening. Questions were resume-based, coursework-related, and some other technical questions. The interviewer was very friendly and explained the answers to questions I couldn't answer.

Cons: Sometimes you wonder if your career is progressing in the right direction because the direction the company is taking may impact innovation in some niche engineering areas. You could start off working on nice projects and end up being a program manager working with PowerPoints because these projects have moved to cheaper geo-locations.
