Invited for an on-site interview. This was an all-day event, with a technical talk in the morning and one-on-one meetings with managers from the group. Lunch was with current engineers.
Everyone was candid regarding, and even stressed, the 24x7 nature of the job. Meetings were mostly informal, with discussions centering on job expectations and the role of PTD.
