Process
Met many managers, but none of the team members. I was told what the project was going to be and the expectations. Being my first position at a really large company, I didn't really have enough background to ask anything that I would ask now, especially about working conditions, etc.

QA Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: You get to say you work at Intel, and people know who that is.
Sometimes your coworkers have laptops so you can email them.
Cons: Arrogant, backwards, insist on rigid schedules (be on time, early in the morning, always), bad corporate decisions, CEO churn, less innovating than TSMC, etc., etc.

Talented Team, Slow Decisions
QA Engineer • Former Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States
March 9, 2015
Pros: This is a very competitive firm that likes to win. Competition is okay. People are very talented, and you will work with the best in your field. Workplace facilities are improving, with plenty of opportunities to work in different parts of the company.
Cons: Not really a lot of cons. It’s a big company, and just depending on where you are, sometimes decisions can be slow. Normal for any big company. Intel is relatively agile.
