Process
The interview process was very cut and dry.
They presented you with many technical coding problems, one after another, and expected very fast responses.

Pros: Work flexibility and WLE. No time restrictions. Office transport provided. Sometimes interesting work.
Cons: Bad managers, especially lower-level ones. They don't support employees' careers and don't value your work, which can be destructive in the long term.
Repetitive work. Salary is average, and hikes are very small. More layoffs each coming year.
Wfh options are being discouraged lately, which is a step backward.
