Pros: Benefits similar to those of a conventional employee. Excellent place to learn and create cutting-edge technology.
Cons: Misleading responsibilities, promises of extending a conventional employee invitation that never arrives. Discrimination, demeritation, and barriers to interacting with other teams due to being ICE. Poor distribution of responsibilities, poor direction, favoritism, nepotism, and zero meritocracy (although internally everyone talks about the company being based on merit growth).
