Process
I received an email from the manager stating that he obtained my resume from his staffing department and would like to schedule a one-hour phone interview.
Later in the week, I had a phone interview with him, which I managed to clear. The interview was mostly about my projects. In the second half, he asked a fair amount of technical questions.
I was then called onsite, where I had seven one-on-one interviews. Five of these were technical, and two were HR-based.
I felt quite confident after the interviews but did not receive an offer.
