Pros: Guidance from highly experienced software architects, and friendly mentors/managers who are always ready to help.

Cons: In the current situation, prospects of converting to full-time are low in IT.

Pros: The great part about Intel is the core values and how they integrate themselves into the average workday. It seems that each manager/leader within Intel takes a lot of care and effort to communicate these values. I see this as a huge advantage for the company. It is great how they honored my offer as an intern with COVID happening, letting me work from home. I could see how they truly went above and beyond to take care of me. All of the people I work with seem to really love their jobs. People are nice.

Cons: Working for such a big company comes with some inherent bad sides. The company is so huge that sometimes you can feel like your work isn't as important. The best way to deal with this is to think of each of the groups within Intel as their own little company. I find it very reassuring. There are also such a vast array of occupations within the company; sometimes you will find people and have no idea what they do at all. Those are my only cons.

Pros: It's low-pressure, and there is an emphasis placed on learning.

Cons: - Lack of structure at the start. - Busy work.
