Pros: Professional environment, supportive managers, decent pay, good work-life balance. When you work at Intel, you always feel at home.
Cons: Sometimes you feel that you are not getting challenging projects to work on. I guess this is one of the main drawbacks of big companies, where you get to work on a small piece of a larger project.
