Process

I had uploaded my resume for a position and received a call for a telephone screening. After the telephone screening, I was asked to come onsite for further rounds.

I was asked to come on another day for a brief discussion with the hiring manager, where he inquired about my previous projects related to Windows driver development. It was a very short interview.

I received another call from the hiring manager, during which we discussed Windows CE and Windows Mobile concepts for about 30 minutes.

After a couple of weeks, I received a call from the HR department informing me of my selection. The entire interview process lasted for more than two months.
