- 5.0Just Good, Really GoodSoftware Engineer • Current EmployeeHaifa, IsraelJune 11, 2021Pros: It's good and also very good.Cons: Not bad at all, actually. So that's it.
- 4.0Great Talent, Rigid HrSoftware Engineer • Former EmployeeHillsboro, Oregon, United StatesJuly 22, 2015Pros: Good compensation. Amazing talent. Great work environment.Cons: The focal review process and HR process seem very rigid and not particularly useful. Work-life balance is not well balanced. Diversity is a little over the top. I was the only one on our entire team that was local; the vast majority were from overseas and half of the team was female. This could be interpreted as a good or bad thing, and I liked my team members much, but the composition seemed highly skewed.
