Good compensation. Amazing talent. Great work environment.
The focal review process and HR process seem very rigid and not particularly useful.
Work-life balance is not well balanced.
Diversity is a little over the top. I was the only one on our entire team that was local; the vast majority were from overseas and half of the team was female. This could be interpreted as a good or bad thing, and I liked my team members much, but the composition seemed highly skewed.
We need to better recognize underappreciated employees, especially those who focus on support and training.
