Process
The interview was scheduled very quickly, and I answered all the questions. They said my background matched, but after that, there was no response. I think they did not like my age.
Overall, I feel I wasted too much time on Intel. I will just accept the other offer and forget about Intel.
I also noticed the company morale is a bit low, probably due to layoffs. The manager kept saying they need VP approval for hiring, which makes me believe they are trying to control, if not cut, costs.
