In total, there was one telephonic interview and four on-site interviews. None of them were technical; they focused on discussing my resume and previous projects. The interviews were very relaxed, and the interviewers were more interested in how I approach problems and if I am a team player.

Cons: The biggest downside is a term Intel uses known as Meritocracy. This is an unfair practice that will get you laid off, even if you are doing great work.
