I was contacted by an agency which connected me directly to people at Intel for an interview for a contractor position.
After a quick pre-filter, a physical interview was scheduled at Intel's offices in Guadalajara. I was interviewed by two members of the R&D team simultaneously. However, the interview didn't go well, and the process didn't continue.
As general comments, one of the interviewers was very condescending and seemed more interested in stressing me out and pointing out how the technologies and design patterns I have experience with are "useless" in his opinion. Had the interview gone better, I would have rejected an offer based on the scenario that I would have to work for that person.
