Process
They did not invite me for an interview; they just sent a rejection letter. I didn't even send my gradesheet.
It seems very difficult to get an interview for part-time jobs these days. I hope it goes well after a few months.

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Pros: 1. Good work.
2. Good coworkers who are very competitive. As many are young guys from Israel, they want to make the product good. So they work hard and are good technically as well.
3. No unnecessary meetings. More focused on getting the work done.
Cons: 1. Not competitive compensation.
2. Very difficult to grow vertically as upper management is full of "oldies."
3. No real documentation. If you want to know some feature, you need to talk to the software architect. He is a single person and it would be very difficult to get hold of him.
4. Layoffs started slowly as they hired too many during COVID.
