The interview process was as follows:
The issues began during the third round:
I was early for my interview on Microsoft Teams and waited to be admitted to the meeting room. After 10 minutes, I had not been allowed in, so I emailed the interviewer. I received a reply stating I had not shown up and that they had left the meeting. I explained my situation, mentioned a technical glitch, and asked what needed to be done. They said they would get back to me.
I was waiting for a reschedule email but instead received a rejection stating they were moving forward with another candidate. I was rejected because of a technical glitch, not because I was unfit for the role. I emailed them requesting reconsideration, but received no reply.
The third round would have been the final decision-making interview, and I lost that opportunity due to a technology error.
