Pros: My team has gone above and beyond to support me on this Intel journey. I like Intel so far because of the resources and training they offer. The base pay plus the bonus they offer are excellent. It is a nice place to work, in my opinion.
Cons: What needs improvement is for intel to provide a list of tasks for new hires to follow. There was not a single place to go for the list of trainings or instructions of what to do starting on your first day, but many places.
However, this was not a big deal since eventually I figured it out with the help of my team and manager.

Pros: Great culture, and learning opportunities are endless. The culture encourages learning. Projects are challenging enough to keep a good work-life balance in most months of the year.
Cons: Compensation can be a little better to match performance, and bonuses are not that great.
A standard gripe for any Intel non-software engineer.
