Process

There were two interviews.

The first one was with two senior engineers. They asked me to introduce my research projects and the work I have done related to thermal management. They then asked general questions regarding the projects. Overall, it was quite friendly with no harsh questions.

The second interview was with the manager. He did not ask me technical questions but introduced the work scope to me.

Questions

Regarding my research project, they asked:

  • Did you do experiments?
  • How did you set up your testing bench?
  • How did you measure temperature?
  • How did you calibrate your model?
  • How did you manage to minimize the experimental errors?
