I applied online. They contacted me to come in for an interview. Two people interviewed me and asked questions. The interview lasted about 1.5-2 hours. I had to talk about projects I did at university, and then I answered technical questions.

Phone screening. I got the offer thru employee reference, and one of the team members called and asked some basic questions and gave me coding exercises. He spoke about the team and its work.
