Good people. Good benefits. Good balance.
Bad pay.
Bad management. Needs long-term goals.
Overall good. Two technical rounds followed by an HR round. Not given stocks initially, but various bonuses like joining and relocation were there. I got my dream job at Intel after working 5 years in this industry.
It was an on-campus interview, and a direct interview was conducted. The interviewer was pretty chill and asked me about ML questions, but I hadn't prepared that well. Only one question was about time complexity.
Interview Process: * Resume Shortlisting: This is among the campus students only, as they have come to college. * Telephonic Interview: Approximately 15 minutes. * Technical Round 1: Approximately 35-45 minutes. * Technical + HR: Approximate
