Good total compensation package. Great place to work. Very good work-life balance. A lot of opportunities to try different things. Excellent vacation.
There's a yearly review process that is useless. Pay rises don't keep up with inflation. Growth opportunities are scarce, and there's no room to grow technically. Expectations are too high to get even a mediocre rise. Benefits, once great, are slowly eroding. If you want to grow by staying technical, then this is not a company for you.
Please create more growth opportunities for technical ICs. Increase Principal Engineer bench strength in IT.
Full day of interviews. Mainly descriptive questions about past jobs and roles, description of skills, and so on. One one-hour technical interview. Very interactive, so you can ask as much as you want. Be proactive.
I had three rounds of interviews: one face-to-face and two on Google Hangouts. The questions touched upon every current aspect in technology that was in demand. I received a call after a week and was offered the job at Hillsboro. I was invited for
Brief phone interview, two back-to-back on-site interviews.
