Pros

They used to have good work/life balance.

Cons

They perform cyclical layoffs. You can expect to see them roughly every 4 years. The day after you could no longer volunteer to take the severance package, they announced everyone was taking a pay cut.

They also removed bonuses and reduced 401k matching from 6% to 2.5%.

Cost of living adjustments are all frozen for the foreseeable future.

They are requiring employees to return to the office but insist they are still a flexible hybrid model, increasing cost of living even more by requiring a commute.

Odds that you make it to retirement are slim to none.

They've removed the 'Great Place To Work' program that would let employees enter raffles for sporting events or other events occurring in the area.

They also enforce their remote work policies discriminately, allowing some employees to work out of state while others are not, even for short periods of time like 1 week.

Advice to Management

Do not enforce corporate return to the office.
