Great Place to Work: good work and life balance.
A lot of re-orgs and changes for the past decade.
Work on/in the BU as if you'll die tomorrow, and don't take it lightly.
Work like a startup.
Initially, I was asked about my availability for an interview. However, this was later changed, and I was informed that I would need to complete a technical assessment on Codility first.
The interview took place at HQ in Portland, Oregon. It was a day-long process, starting with me giving a talk about my Ph.D. work for an hour, followed by about five one-on-one interviews.
I applied in the spring but received a call from the hiring manager at the start of fall. I had a phone interview with three people: the manager and two team members. Each interview was about half an hour long.
