Pros

A famous brand, lots of cool people.

Cons

Lack of development, low salaries, too many managers who contribute nothing to the project and only generate artificial noise around themselves, which is hidden unemployment.

Advice to Management

To the highest level of management:

  • Start firing managers. Such a role should be taken over by team leaders, who technically lead the team and are responsible for the architecture and work within the team.
  • Do not promise development, because the company does not have money for it.
  • Focus on delivery, less bureaucracy, and definitely increase remuneration, especially bonuses for people for individual achievements – not recognition of 10 or 20 USD, but serious money for delivering a milestone or project.
  • Stop dealing with topics unrelated to business, including politics, inclusion, and other such crap.
