Really interesting work going on around you. Prestigious. Good benefits. Flexible work hours.
Not really involved in aforementioned interesting projects. Very bureaucratic. Slow moving with regard to HR processes and the like.
Allow interns to work on interesting projects. Avoid treating them like mere second-class workers.
HR phone call, then one interview. Online on Teams with two engineers about two hours. They didn't really show they were interested in what I was saying. The interview included questions about general topics.
1 phone screening in which I was asked to tell about a project from my studies and solve a simple math riddle. Plus 2 technical onsite interviews with standard CS questions (sorting an array, using a hash table, and a histogram).
1. Short talk about Intel and the specific job. 2. A few questions about me, where I learned, and why. 3. Two questions about SM and one about pseudocode related to stacks and PN concepts.
