The Vancouver site is so small; it has its own HR and payroll people.
These people are clearly separated from the greater Intel corporate.
They operate with no accountability and have no oversight.
Whatever salary and days off you are promised in your employment contract is irrelevant to them.
They can deduct as much money from your paycheque as they want, whenever they want to, without the legal department intervening.
Get a new HR and Payroll team
