Overall, Intel is great for its benefits. Healthcare and dental plans are great, even for interns.
There was a big reorganization happening while I was there, so management changed quite frequently, and my role was unclear sometimes.
It was an easy process. I applied online and was contacted by Intel HR. This was followed by five individual interviews: * Two technical interviews * One with a cross-team manager * One with the hiring manager * The last one with the VP
They described the position for a few minutes and then started right away with two hours of questions. Some of the topics were: * Probability * Dynamic programming * C programming * Pointers * Combinatorics * Algorithmic questions/riddles
I had a 15-minute call interview and then an hour-long technical interview. After getting accepted in the technical interview, I had another technical interview, which I didn't pass.
