Way too much bureaucracy, and poor handling of harassment and bullying.
Intel puts so much effort into its reputation as a good working environment for women, and most of the time it was true. But when I really needed their help on an important issue, it was extremely disappointing, and I regret asking them for help.

Engineer
The interview lasted for a day. I met with managers and senior engineers. They asked me about my talk and behavior questions. It was all Teams meetings, with no on-site component. Some interviewers would not open their camera.
