Pros

Safety first, which is a priceless trait for a manufacturing company.

Data-driven, which is good for people with a math and stats mindset.

Continuous improvement in all aspects of the business, good for people both engineering and management oriented.

Transparent management and career path for everyone.

Hands-on with engineering marvels on a daily basis. I really miss those days.

Professional and ethical managers and leaders.

Cons

For the ATM sector, the systems are engineered to be nearly perfect, therefore there is not a lot of room for improvement or engineering fun.

It can be easy to feel bored or looked down upon.

Salaries in some countries are low; however, they are still on par with the local market price.

Advice to Management

In the ATM sector, you don't really need super talented people. Good communication skills, discipline, and humble people are much more helpful to the team.
