Pros

Good benefits and pay is decent. Get to work with some of the most advanced technology in the world. Challenging work at times. Opportunities at times to try new things and move around within the company.

Cons

Work-life balance has turned to mostly all work (weekends/nights have been very common), and as a salaried employee, there is NO compensation for this. Stock options have been worthless for the last ~9 years. It feels like a job and not a career anymore. There's a lack of training. Opportunities for raises and advancement have been very limited in recent years and have more to do with situation (boss/department/company growth) and not actual individual performance.

Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect and value their time and life outside of normal working hours. Compensate them appropriately when they go above and beyond what should be normal hours / work conditions for a professional.
