An ok company to work for
Good benefits such as vacation, health insurance, bonus, and 401k. So, total compensation is okay. Still a big company with huge profit.
Tough annual performance review. Politics. No innovation. No version. The benefits are getting worse. The company keeps cutting 401k and bonus. Difficulty to get promoted, except for senior management.
