Pros

The compensation package is very competitive for the type of work.

Cons

Once inside the company, you will find yourself having to do the most to be considered for another role. Inexplicably, if you have an engineering background, your chances of getting around to other opportunities are higher, even for non-technical roles.

Advice to Management

Please push for accessible and clear documentation of processes and procedures that make the groundbreaking work at Intel possible.

Improving SOP documentation will reduce issues as projects go from the drawing board to the factory floor, allow for easier/better quality onboarding to the business unit, and support balanced workloads and better chances of being recognized for contributions. Further, it will reduce reliance on 'human glue,' reducing procedural bottlenecks.
