Good working environment. Smart & nice teammates. Supporting boss in my BU.
Inefficient structure. So many hands on a single thing. Cost-cutting obsession.
Intel lost many good employees during CPM, and the expertise went away with them. The company should retain its talent, benchmark with industry, and undergo restructuring.

Phone interview followed by a 4-hour face-to-face onsite interview. The interview was mostly related to past work experience and the job requisition. Overall, the interview was fairly easy.
