Pros

The benefits can't be beat in the US (though one might question why we need companies holding us hostage with them).

Cons

Work culture is horrible, turnover constant, and management of work is terrible in many of the development labs. New hires should expect to get 12-hour night shifts that take years to escape from.

Advice to Management

Pay everyone more, reduce the panicked, frantic need for meetings, and bring back benefits that were quietly cut out pre-COVID.
