Pros

Hybrid opportunity to work from home and on-site.

Great benefits, including bonus pay and time off.

Good sense of respect, inclusion, and solidarity amongst employees.

Cons

During CPM, many of the bonus and recognition programs were temporarily taken away, and morale between employees sank.

Not all managers engage with their employees to improve or mentor for growth.

Technician turnaround is far too frequent.

Advice to Management

Help boost morale between employees.

Help the newer engineers and technicians have a clear path to grow within the company.

Have managers actually engage and mentor those individuals seeking growth.

Be transparent when hard news are brought up and not lead people on into thinking things will be okay.

When giving back things that were taken away, don't call them a reward.

Re-align on what it truly means to be "One Intel."
