Recent top-level management shifts have removed the founder's protections against arbitrary management decisions, making it easy to summarily dismiss someone without cause. Recent "house cleaning" has been very byzantine. A lot of very exceptional people were dismissed surprisingly.

Firmware Engineering
They described the position for a few minutes and then started right away with two hours of questions. Some of the topics were: * Probability * Dynamic programming * C programming * Pointers * Combinatorics * Algorithmic questions/riddles
Software Developer
One phone call with the head of the team, followed by two technical interviews. The first was with the head of the team and team members, and the second was with the group lead.
