Good benefit, flexible. Work-life balance will depend on the group but is generally OK. There are lots of opportunities, and it's easy to stitch around at a lower job grade. An 8-week sabbatical is nice after 7 years.
Paid sucks, and any RCG is not making that much less than experienced individuals, especially when they try to attract young people. Raises suck too, so you will never catch up with new hires if you decide to stay here forever. The chance to promote is slim, and you will have to be very proactive to push for it.
