Work-life balance and mental health are very well respected and prioritized.
Free fruit and drinks (I rely on the morning coffee).
My experience with management has been very pleasant. Every manager I have worked with is down-to-earth and understanding, making it easy to work for them. I want to do good work because of the example they set. They are also very attentive to our needs as employees.
Heavy use of internal acronyms is useful for efficient day-to-day communication, but can be overwhelming and take a while to learn for a new employee adapting to Intel work culture.
Keep up the great work!
Thank you for listening to your employees! We feel valued.
I applied online and waited a couple of months. I heard back from a recruiter and had a couple of technical interviews with engineers I would be working with. After the interviews, I heard back from the recruiter very quickly.
The manager contacted me on a Friday and asked me to come in on Monday for a one-on-one interview. There, I was asked about programming and logic design questions in Perl, Unix, and Verilog CMOS. The technical interview lasted for 1 hour and 15 minut
The people are friendly. The questions they asked require a very deep understanding of IC and NAND operation. The whole interview process is very organized. I talked with 5 managers from different groups, and there was no break.
